The elaboration process of our products is as follows:
- Herb Liquor: more than 17 different types of natural dehydrated herbs are soaked in aguardiente
- Aguardiente de orujo: distilled using the traditional still, which has a 200 litre capacity. Our Aguardientes de orujo come from our own vineyards, where we cultivate more than 15 different varieties of grapes. Our most commonly used grape variety is Malvasia Negra and Malvasia Bianca. Aguardiente de orujo has 42 % ABV.
- Coffee Liquor: Coffee beans are soaked in aguardiente
- Peach, Apple and Lemon Liquor: The fruits are soaked in aguardiente
*Once the process of maceration is finished, water and sugar are subsequently added to all the above liquors.
- Honey Liquor: It is a blend of Holm oak honey, thyme, rosemary and aguardiente de orujo.
All our Cream Liquors are made with natural ingredients such as milk, caramel, sugar and aguardiente. To ensure the freshness and the best quality of the product as well as maximising the shelf life of our Cream Liquors, it is very important to store them in a cool, dry place and avoid bright, direct light.
